A new way of eating
Casa Cais started its journey in Barcelona in 2005. Powered by the mastermind of Joan Burgues, multiple culinary award winner, the aim of the enterprise has always been to provide gourmet quality food.
Based in Guangdong Province since 2010, Casa Cais provided catering and consulting services for multiple restaurants and 5-star hotels in the Pearl River Delta area.
In 2016, the company opened its first meat workshop in Mainland China where Joan used the Spanish traditional knowledge and his skills as a professional chef to produce high-quality Spanish charcuterie which was unavailable in China at that time. And it was 2020 when the company, with additional partners having joined the partnership, opened its current factory premises in Foshan from where it supplies Spanish-style charcuterie to restaurants, hotels and foodie consumers.
